New year, new everything? Some things stay and others go, the way it has to be. This year starting quite busily - with studies starting already on 3rd January and some projects moving to a new level of importance, it seems like this year will be full of new surprises and adventures.
Here's a little video - slideshow with my photos from Nice and Monaco. Coming back to the university and study process, there are ongoning preparations for the exams and a little less lectures now compared to the previous part of the semester. We have finished with the "Social Interaction" course for example, which is a little sad because it was my only course fully in German and with very much useful materials, but it's also good because there is more time to focus on the remaining courses.
On Friday, among student teams presenting topics like "360 Feedback" and "Leadership", I also had a presentation with my team in the Human Resource Management and Organisation course about "Succession Planning". It's a quite important topic, especially for small and medium sized enterprises who generally seem to be doing the planning less and being affected the most.
The blog will still be updated weekly until the end of January 2019 but there will be less regular posts in the future, although I am planning to keep blogging about the key things regarding my studies and professional development until graduating from Haaga-Helia UAS.
